- Fee Refund Eligibility
Fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where a genuine error occurs (such as duplicate payments), The SHANA International School may consider a refund request.
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund, parents must submit a written application to the school office, clearly outlining the reason for the request. The application will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- No Refund on Withdrawal
Fees are not refundable if a student withdraws or is suspended from the school after the commencement of the term.
- Processing Fee
Any approved refund will be subject to a deduction of a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
- Final Decision
All refund decisions made by the school administration are final and binding.
